The individual plan saves you time. The team edition solves something else: making sure what was agreed with each client is still there when whoever handled it has gone.
Someone leaves and their account starts from zero. Nobody remembers what was promised in March, and the answer sits in a mailbox nobody opens any more. Someone new joins and learns by asking whoever has a good memory.
Each person's mail and calendar are theirs and theirs alone. What reaches the shared plane is published by a person through an explicit act: minutes they validated. That is what stays in the organisation.

The person gains time, the organisation gains memory, and nobody gains surveillance. If that is not the deal, do not sign it.
250 € a month for the platform plus 12, 10 or 9 € per seat depending on volume, from 25 seats, excluding VAT. The platform is billed separately because memory is worth what its coverage is: charging per seat alone invites buying few, and a memory full of holes is no use.
