Before every meeting
Not a summary of the invite. misdatos.es has read the whole email thread, the minutes of your previous meetings and the attached documents, and keeps only what you need for this meeting.
When you need to remember something
You ask in your own words and it answers citing the email, the minutes or the document each fact comes from. One click and you are in the original. And if it cannot cite it, it will not make it up: it will not say it.
When it ends
Once the meeting is over you ask for the minutes and they write themselves from the emails that came afterwards and any notes you paste in: what was discussed, what was decided and what is still open, with an owner and a date whenever someone stated them. You go over them; you do not write them.
And to get it in writing
When the minutes convince you, you send them to the attendees. Each one opens them from their own inbox, with no account to create, and tells you whether they agree or what they see differently. What they correct goes back into the minutes saying who corrected it, and the new version reaches them. And so on until nobody has anything left to add.
For teams
When a team uses this, the minutes each person approves become the company's memory: what you agreed with a client is still there the day whoever handled it has gone. And without anyone reading anyone's mail.
