Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the misdatos.es website and the service offered through it ("the Service"): a personal assistant that, with the user's explicit authorisation, prepares briefings and summaries from the email and calendar the user chooses to connect. The terms of use of the Service are set out in the Terms of service.

Conditions of use

The user agrees to make lawful use of the site and the Service, in accordance with the law, this legal notice, and the Terms of service, and not to use them for activities contrary to applicable law, to third-party rights, or to public order.

Intellectual and industrial property

The software, the "misdatos.es" brand, the texts, the design, and the other elements of the site and the Service are owned by Imani Soluciones, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, or transformation without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

Liability

The owner works to keep the site and the Service available and free of errors, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or faults. The Service is provided "as is" and in beta, subject to the limitations of liability set out in the Terms of service.

Data protection

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
