Terms of service

Last updated: 12 June 2026.

These terms govern your use of the misdatos.es service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

What the Service is

The Service is a personal assistant that, with your explicit authorisation, reads your email, calendar, and associated documents from the accounts you connect, so it can prepare a briefing before each meeting, answer questions about your own information, and generate minutes and follow-ups. The Service is offered "as is" in beta; specific features may evolve.

Accounts

To use the Service you need an email-verified account. You are responsible for keeping confidential the device from which you sign in and for notifying any unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process data you do not have legitimate access to in the connected accounts.
  • Attempt to access data from other accounts or from the Service's infrastructure without authorisation.
  • Use the Service for unsolicited bulk email or any activity contrary to applicable law.

External connections

When you connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other providers via OAuth, you warrant that you are entitled to do so and you accept each provider's terms for the authorised scope. The Service accesses only the minimal read-only permissions required by the features you have enabled.

Ownership and licences

  • You retain ownership of all data you connect to the Service. The Service receives a limited and revocable licence to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the contracted functionality.
  • The software, brand, and design of the Service are owned by misdatos.es. These terms do not transfer any rights over those elements.

Availability and changes

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available". We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee a specific service level unless agreed in writing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; in case of material changes or shutdown we will notify you with reasonable advance notice and offer a data export.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its operators are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Total cumulative liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, failing that, to one hundred euros.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting connectors and, if you wish, requesting account deletion at hola@misdatos.es. Disconnecting a connector stops syncing and revokes the grant at the provider, but keeps the already-synced data; to delete it immediately and permanently, use the "Delete data" action under "Connect accounts" or request account deletion.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile when acting as a consumer; otherwise, to the courts of Madrid.

Changes to these terms

We will announce any material change at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with a change you may cancel the account before it takes effect.
